The Pastor is the vision bearer with the overall mandate to guide, direct and oversee the development, implementation and sustenance of the objectives of the church. The Pastor, the Associate Pastors and the Lead Deacon together form the Elders’ Council. They further ensure the smooth running of the various arms of the church. They also advice the Pastor and oversee the overall development, social welfare and spiritual nourishment of the local church and her membership.
The Associate Pastors’ main responsibility is to assist and advice the Pastor towards achieving the overall objectives of the church.
The Church Deacons’ responsibility is ministering to the spiritual and physical needs of the entire Church Membership as may be directed by the Pastor, the Associate Pastors and/or the Elders’ Council. They are also charged with the responsibility of ensuring a conducive environment and appropriate conditions of the sanctuary or the place of worship.
The Fellowships Leaders are the direct link between the Church Leadership and the Church Membership. They bear the responsibility of ensuring commitment and active participation of the members in the implementation of the vision, the mission and enhancing inter-personal relationships within the entire membership of the church.
They monitor and advice the Pastor on the spiritual needs, spiritual abilities and/or spiritual potential of individual members with the objective of achieving personalized attention.

The Ministry Leaders implement specific programmes as developed and directed by the Church Leadership. As the head of their specific ministries, they identify, nurture, guide and direct those of like spiritual gifts under their delegated authority.
